30th Annual Spotlight Awards Event

This notable event recognizes distinguished commercial real estate entities in our local development community. This program is designed to highlight CREDA members' impact to the industry and serves to increase public awareness of the outstanding commitment made by these representatives.
Described on this website are the 9 Industry and 17 Project categories offered for recognition at the event. Below are key items to consider when submitting your entry:
Call for Nominations and Intent to Enter payments are due September 25, 2026.
- You must be a CREDA Southern Nevada member to enter; non-members may be part of the team. The developer/project owner does not need to be a member but will be notified of your submission(s).
- You can enter yourself, your company or a project.
- There is no fee no nominate or submit for an Industry Award.
- Each Project Award entered will incur a $300 non-refundable application fee.
- All Project entries must be projects completed within the past three years in Southern Nevada (January 2024 to December 2026).
- If the project was submitted in a prior years' Spotlight Awards and did not win the Honor Award (trophy), it may be resubmitted if it meets the project completion time frame.
- The Awards committee reserves the right to re-categorize a project upon receipt of entry.
