WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

• Open to the entire NAIOP Southern Nevada membership given that they are in good standing and that the projects have been completed within the last three years. 

HOW DO I APPLY?

• You may submit an entry or nomination by clicking on the link above and follow the instructions provided. Be sure to save the link to your favorites as you may need to refer to it often during the submission period.

SHOULD I UPLOAD A PHOTO WITH MY ENTRY?

• Yes. You should attach team or individual photos or project photos in addition to the questionnaire. These may be used during the awards ceremony.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED MY ENTRY?

• Yes! You will receive a confirmation email and receipt of payment.

CAN I EDIT AN ENTRY ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

• You can save your entry and return to it for completion, however, once you finalize your submittal you cannot edit it further.

MAY WE ENTER ONE PROJECT INTO MULTIPLE CATEGORIES?

• Yes. You may enter one project in mulitple categories so long as the project fits the criteria for the additional categories. Simply use the Copy Submission option to save time.

WHERE DO I SEND SUPPORTING MATERIALS?

• Please upload all supporting materials including photos into the entry form/questionnaire on this site.

WHAT IS THE PRIZE?

• Honor Awards will be announced the evening of the event and winners will receive the prestigious Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards Trophy on stage at the ceremony.
